EIRA’s vision is to close the gap in the global game of rugby. Our mission is to identify and develop the best young players in America. We know how valuable oversea tours are to players, providing personal experience of the fast-paced skilled game of tier one nations and then bringing this knowledge back to their home club.

For every $25 donation made now through Friday, June 1st, donors will receive an entry for a chance to win a pair of round-trip tickets from Southwest Airlines. There are three roundtrip passes available - so there will be 3 winners total. A random drawing will take place on Monday, June 4, 2018. Travel is valid June 21, 2018 through June 21, 2019.

Donations may be made to offset an individual player, tour or applied to the general fund. Thank you for your support!

Summer 2017 International Tours Recap

Each year EIRA sends teams of some of the most promising young rugby players on international tours in furtherance of our aim of “Closing The Gap”

We have expanded this program and this year we have five teams touring to three different locations:

The management of EIRA are really pleased to announce that Atavus have sponsored two players who were unable to fund the full cost of the tour to Ireland, and in addition they have sponsored the Giants Causeway and Titanic tours. We believe that cooperation like this between rugby entities in the US is a very healthy thing and we thank Atavus for their generous support.

A special thank you to Paul J. Higgins and Athletes in Motion Sports Television, Inc. for this special feature on EIRA!

Together We Make A Difference!

EIRA’s purpose is to recognize and develop elite players, not to make a profit. Contributions help minimize player costs and enable us to offer scholarships to players with need. Please consider making a donation or sponsoring a tour.

Rugby, the EIRA way.

Rugby culture is unique, with players, coaches, parents, officials, and fans sharing a collective respect for the game. This culture does not automatically happen - it needs to be taught, nurtured, and modeled.

Eagle Impact Rugby Academy emphasizes the importance of values on and off the field. Values are vital in fostering trusting relationships and achieving goals. Click on an image to read a story or to add one of your own.
