DEVELOPMENT
EIRA’s goal is to develop quality players, both physically and mentally. Age-grade high performance rugby is the foundation to build future Eagles and EIRA is making a difference.
Includes one-day player identification clinics and regional academies. The focus is on improving individual core skills, game understanding and decision-making.
Seasonal camps bring together players across the country providing the opportunity for intense age-grade development.
COMPETITION
Domestic and International age-grade teams for boys and girls between the ages of 14 and 19 in both 7s and 15s.
